Ok lets get this show on the road
 Please select whichever date suits you. Then we can work on a time.

I gotta say, Saturday's would be ideal as we would be coming from Campbell River...but it gives us a good excuse to go to Vic and shop shop shop for the night and go to the meeting on Sunday!

Sundays are better for me as I normally don't work them. But if it's far enough a head of time I can get pretty much get any day off. (With at least 3 week notice)

I think we're gonna get a meeting room at the Cowichan Valley Inn. It doesn't look like a whole lot of people have responded but we'll go with November 27th, majority rules. Meet at 3pm in the lobby (mostly because I have no idea where the meeting rooms are
 ).
