Default My First Clam (crocea)

Here it is... picked it up Friday.. doing very well I'd say. Sorry, pics aren't the best.. couldn't get a top down shot because the clam is placed directly under the bulb and all's you get is a reflection of the bulb itself

Beautiful clam. Good luck with it - sometimes they can be tricky and crocea are one of the most light demanding clams. I've got 4 of them and they are all doing well and a lot easier since I got my calcium reactor.

Thanks guys

I love this thing. It's great... my CA and ALK are in check so should be good to go... My only regret was not placing the clam on a small piece of rock to attatch to, for portability. Ahh well ...
