![]() I have had a problem with a new Seio from a online vendor and was not sure how the shipping works in reguards for warranty. Do I have to pay to ship the item back at my expense? Would the vendor cover the return shipping? Just wanting to know what is expected.
Thanks |

![]() As long as the vendor you bought it from is an authorised Rio dealer, you should have no problem. However it is not the vendors problem to cover shipping. The usual warranty on electronics is an over the counter exchange , ie: they will replace it with a new pump. Remember though that most manufacters do not cover impellers under warranty. If the vendor is not an authorised dealer and has bought it grey market , you may have no recource.
Good luck ! |
