400 watt ballasts kit $110
For those who don't mind the rugged look and have fair DIY skills, I got a quote from a hydroponic store for 400W ballasts kits MH or HPS (your choice) for $110 each and thats tax included. I'm inquiring on the price for 250w now but they are probably around the same price.
They have some pretty nifty reflector hoods for 150 as well. The place is called A-Plus located at 120-7740 Alderbridge Way, Richmond.
