round worms ??

I had my sand stirred up quite a bit ( thanks to a powerhead that repositioned itself.and gave me a cloudy tank )and seen all these round type worms I think

Is this norm and or how do i get rid of them or are they a problem

any idea on how to get a sution cup to stick more other than getting new one for a maxijet.
