Here's a few new pics, I'm really happy with the SPS polyp extension since using Liquid Reactor

Looking awesome Rich.

Maybe more people will start buying up Liquid Reactor now. Oh no. We better stock up. Gotta love that stuff when you get results like this.

Thanks

Mark: it's Liquid Reactor by Kent, a balenced Cal/Alk additive in one, Paul's just got some in stock. Just be careful when dosing-it's strong stuff!
It's a good idea to find out your depletion rate before using it.

Medic_Eva: it's a 27gl, you can read and see more on my tank at:

Anthony: yeah it's great stuff for those of us with tiny tanks. I have never seen polyp extension on most of my SPS so full before.

Maybe its poisoning them?

Steve

Ever since you first told me about it I've been looking for it. Nowhere in Calgary that I can see.

Looks like it really works, Nice pics!

It's at BA's, Danny.

I've tried it recently and didn't get anywhere near the good result that you report, Rich. Didn't raise my levels, and on the third morning had some white dust over some rocks. Maybe it works much better with very soft water?

Sorry to disapoint you Steve but I don't think it's poisoning my SPS. All the branches in the first image were single branches about 6 weeks ago, and now they all have grown 3-4 sister branches. The growth rate of the SPS corals has been simply alarming. In the second image just below the watchmen goby, the green acro has started shooting 6 new sister branches from the base in in just a few weeks.

Sorry to hear that Alan, although I'm raving about LR I do think it's not for all setups. In a larger system a Calcium Reactor would be the better choice hands down, with my depletion rate however it seems to work great!

What about a 65 gallon tank with a 25 gallon sump? Would that be too big? I just ordered some from BA's online, should be here by Monday.
