Ocean Aquatics hours of operation

Are there hours any better then whats Posted on there website?
(10:00 am and 4:00 pm on Saturday & Sundays.)
It says there there sometimes just phone ahead?

I was planning on doing a rock run when J&L get's its shipment of tonga in and im guessing the chance of them getting the delivery on a Sat or Sun arent very good.
