![]() In my experience, Yellow tails are the "nicest" damsels & chromis only pick on other chromis. A maroon would be the boss of the tank, if it's big enough. But how many damsels, since this is a fairly small tank. You'll have to consider the bioload. <of course, this is an obvious case of "do as I say, not as I do"
![]() Just my $.02 Anthony

![]() It would make quite an aggressive tank imho. Personally, i wouldn't waste my bioload on damsels.

![]() I'd be making sure I have a larger tank for the maroon once it outgrows the 29G tank as they can grow up to 6".

![]() How about yellowheaded jawfish instead. Clown gobies are cute, but iffy with sps (don't know what corals you're planning on keeping). The biggest maroon I've ever seen was about 3-3.5" & everybody told me she was huge.
Neon gobies are nice, but only live for 1 year. Maybe a bicolour blenny or royal gramma. Firefish. Anthony

![]() I think the gobies are a good bet, maybe a royal gramma, a fire fish would be a good colour splash as well, but for a different shape with good colour I see nothing wrong with a damsel but you will have to set up the tank landscape accordingly. Maybe try a percula clown instead of a maroon as they tend to stay a little smaller and can still take care of themselves.
You now have my 2 cents.

![]() Sounds good keep them coming
![]() Will a royal gramma and a purple firefish get along?? I think I still wanna stay with the yellow watchman.

![]() If it were my tank I'd have a differnt kind of clown, maybe a perc or tomato. Then I'd have the yellow clown goby, purple pseudochromis, and a coral beauty. Top it off with a cleaner or peppermint shrimp and you've got a nice little tank!
