ID please

Hi all,
Does anyone know what kind of feather worms or anemones these are?
There really tiny and stay tiny except there starting to spread all over the dam# place.
Also how do I get rid of them without adding a not so reef friendly fish to my tank.
Any help would be great

Hey didn't you say you have them too Chin, it's seems like there even taking over
areas of the bases of some of my SPS corals too
