Default RBTA

Came home today to find one of my RBTA dead, obviously wandering and got stuck in the eggcrate on the overflow, do they give off any kind of toxins at all?, my Yellow Tang & Flame Angel are not themselves, seem to be twitching & staying in one location.

I put new carbon in, anyone know?

I had one die in my little 20g cube tank, it made the water really cloudy and at first it didnt seem to affect the fish but they later got sick and died, it might have created stress. I did a large water change and added carbon and eventlyy the cloudy water cleared up.
