			 You won't find a pvc hinged weatherproof box, only in metal, and it'll cost you a small fortune. For that matter I don't think I've seen a pvc box period that's that size, metal control cabinets are pricey, couple hundred bucks and up.

			 ya,  small PVC hinges, but there are larger PVC pullboxes, 18"x18" etc.  they will have a bolt on lid though. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
			Like these, from Scepter ![]() Hoffman is the name for most Steel electrical enclosure, Code Electric Products in Coquitlam makes some nice aluminum boxes as well.
