![]() Ok so i just discovered two very small ring cowries in my tank, started with three a year ago and now five. Over the years of reefing i have never seen this, so has this happened to others? I know there not from the rock as all lr was realreef and it was all inspected.

![]() Ring cowries readily reproduce in the aquarium as the female will guard her egg clutch and I don't think the babies go thru a planktonic stage. My ring cowries have reproduced as my original five are over 10 now and I have found shells of various sizes. I'm hoping to see if the Money and Chesnut cowries I have in other systems reproduce as well
