Well I got some used leds that are not cooperating. Has anyone done the upgrade? How bad did you dinged by our friends at the border?

Upgrade is fairly easy, on re-assembly, make sure you put a dab of grease where your screw goes into the cover to prevent it from seizing. I usually get it ship to the boarder than pick it up myself but not sure how far you are from the us boarder. If that doesn't work, you can see if they can ship it USPS. Usually cheaper than using ups or fedex.
