Sorry for the slow response everyone. Bill at IA says " Yes, Free Shipping is given when the total purchase amount for drygoods and Livestock combined exceeds $400.00 (Before sales taxes). And you are also correct that there are additional charges for Bulky/Heavy items."
Unfortunately, I cannot be a part of this GB anymore. If there is someone who wants to take it from here I'm sure there would be enough interest now to hit the free shipping mark.
