![]() Is it me or has customer service gotten really bad of late?
When emailing a special request or to find out info on a product-would it kill someone to answer back, either with a I don't know, I'll find out. Just at least some acknowledgement that they received your email. When you are told stock will arrive in 3 weeks, call me crazy but I kind of expect it to be in stock 3 weeks later, not 4 weeks, not 5 weeks... I've worked retail, customers are what drive your business, no customers, no money. But the way some places are going it seems they don't need customers or they truly believe that no matter how little effort or time they spend on customer service that you'll still go back. Is it our fault as customers? Are we too nice, too accepting of how we are treated? Maybe its just me, maybe my standards are too high. |
