Cleaner wrasse

Has to go, stressing out my puffer and won't leave him alone. Puffer stopped eating last week and I noticed the wrasse is constantly picking. No he doesn't have parasites, had both of them for over a year now.

My puffer is more important to me than the wrasse, any takers???
