Something around 1100 gph at 4' head. May try a Jebao dc6000

You might want to move up to the DC12000. Most of the problems with these pumps happen with the power supply. It's been recommended that they shouldn't be run at 100% and the DC6000 @ ~4.1' would be pushing ~1058 gph @ 100%.

What about the 9000? I just like how there's controllability and a feed mode like the vortechs

Depends if you are totally correct on the 4' of head. Are you including the friction losses?

My DC12000 is at 50% which is running my tank (70 gallon DT & 40 gallon sump) and the manifold with 2 reactors. I like the flexibility I have with the oversized pump. If I wanted to split the outlets and add a BP reactor, I could easily handle the increased flow requirement.
