Default My Euro CS12-2 External is on it's way !

I think I am the first local to try the external version of the Euro... they took long enough to get it ready and I expect delivery by the end of the week !

Well, it didn't skim enough no. And had large bubbles that kept breaking the surface tension. Two Mak 4's made no difference in performance. I was told I was "technologically challenged", which I totally admit to ........this is why Euroreef ....

The best beckett on the market is apparently the Geo design, but that is based on what I have read and from some of the people in the US who I consider to be gurus.

Hello Emily,

Since there is no performance curve for the Beckett injector, it is tough to gauge or engineer a skimmer with predictable performance. Partially that is why I don't use them anymore in my designs.

There actually could be a variety of reasons. It could be the injector itself not able to really push that much more air or water through it. Or it could be the pumps not able to push enough water with the increase in pressure it sees on the outlet.

Take a look at some of the injector curves in the library and I think you know what I mean.

Titus

Titus, I hadn't seen your newest skimmer designs yet. I just looked in the store and saw them, looking pretty nice!
