Loc-line supplies in the Okanagan

Anyone know if loc-line ("articulated" tubing") is available in Kelowna?
I'm specifically looking for this small part:

I'll check with J&L but I fear that a $1.80 part could cost $10 to get shipped.
I unfortunately forgot to lump it with my last J&L order...

I was just in kelowna on saturday and did visit the shops that sell saltwater and did not see any loc line unfortunatley
