![]() Our long-awaited vacation starts this Friday, we had planned to drive to Jasper and Banff for a camping trip.
Now the Parks Canada union members are on strike wanting a 40% pay raise up to $23.00 per hour for a non-skilled labourer. We are looking at contingency plans, I heard there is good camping near the Kananaskis area, can anyone suggest some good spots within a few hours drive of the B.C. border that are provincial camp areas, not in National Parks? I will not raise in this post how I feel about these union members ruining my vacation because it will just raise my blood pressure. |
