Favia I got this coral on Boxing Day at big Al's. I notice that it has a few of those tube worms that send out streamers, (that's the technical terms right 😄 Anyway, should I flick those off or will it not affect the coral? [/url]

Looks like it might be vermetid snails. If thats what they are, I would try to snap of their tubes if possible and get rid of them before they start to multiply and become a problem.

Thanks for the replies, I'll be sure to get rid of them. I read on liveaquaria that they have sweeper tentacles at night, but so far I haven't seen any. Do they like getting coral food at night? It seems to be nicely inflated during the day.
