Default Lego video games

My wife and I have a little Xmas tradition we follow every year. We take a few weeks off work and pick up the latest Lego video game for PS3. We first played 'Star Wars' a few years back and were hooked! Then we moved on to the 'Indiana Jones' game and then on to the 2 'Harry Potter' games. Last year it was the 'Lord of the Rings'. LOTR was by far the best of all the Lego games. We just started the 'Marvel Heroes' game yesterday and have 'Star Wars 3' waiting for us next. It's great that my wife and I can sit side by side and play together on a fantastically done split screen for hours and hours. Anyone else getting as much enjoyment out of this franchise as we are?

I've played all of them, multiple times over. Always a challenge to get every last character and brick. You would definitly like 'Lego city: undercover' for the wii U. It's about as close to GTA As you can get. It's totally kid friendly, large open city environment. Still haven't completed that to 100%. Great games overall. Worth every penny.

I don't play the games but I watched the Lego Star Wars movie. It was actually very well done and pretty funny.

My son really enjoys the Lego games and the marvel superheroes is under the tree waiting to be opened next week. I have tried playing some of the games along side with my son and they are a blast!

I like them too! I didn't much like Batman, but I was a big fan of Indiana Jones. I think I might have to try LOTR upon your recommendation.

The wife and I played Little Big Planet 1 and 2, and unlocked everything on them. So maybe a new game would be good! (Maybe a Christmas present!)

Of all the Lego games I would have to give LOTR a 9.9/10. The world hub is easy to navigate and the interface is almost flawless... It's a ton of fun! Really looking forward to The Hobbit, coming this spring!!

I would LOVE to play a lot of these video games but I know that I would become hooked and being addicted to something (besides reefing, spending time with family or work) that will take up endless hours of my life just isn't something I'm will to do. And I know I would become addicted. OCD you know
