While we're on the subject of Mario, here's another good video, some Japanese guy beating the game in what appears to be eleven minutes.
http://media.ebaumsworld.com/moSMB3.wmv It's fairly well known that this was done on a computer emulator in slow-motion with many saves and reloads, so it's not 100% legit, but it is very cool to watch regardless.

I have to say as well, this really proves all good things come from Japan. MXC, Yotta, All Your Base, the four-second T-shirt fold, and now Mario theme music on piano.
