![]() I just bought a DIY kit from aquastyleonline.com with the following LED's suggested by Ray the owner.
This config will be used on my sump with refugium with live rock. 8 x white 4500K 8 x royal blue 4 x red 4 x violet 420nm 2 x Meanwell ELN-60-48P driver 24 x 80 degree optics Not absolutely sure if the same config will be adequate for your setup. |

... also, Martin at modularled.ca might be able to help; he now uses Ecoxotic panaroma pro's shoehorned into red sea max's and I believe would work on Biocubes too. |

![]() Got this color combination recommended to me from rapid led. Think it may be to blue? Also would 25 LEDs be enough?
Thanks Hi Braxton, Thanks for the email! If you like your tank pretty blue, you can go with about a 18-20K color temperature, which will be 15 royal blue and 9 cool white. The 24 LEDs are enough for growing all types of corals. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask! Thanks, Vince Rapid LED |

![]() Just received my kit 24 LED dimmable kit from aquastyleonline.com
Awesome customer service!!! Received the following LED with my kit. 8 x white 4500K 8 x royal blue 4 x red 4 x violet 420nm For each LED color, they also shipped me 1 replacement of each color! Totally unexpected. Now for the fun stuff, figuring out color mapping of the LED's. |
