Can anyone lend a hand Campbell River couple

I'm in contact with and older couple who live in Campbell river williow point
who are having issues with there reef tank there is the skimmer issue it's expelling tons of micro bubbles (i've gone through the usual suspects a few times )(super skimmer 125)
and the water quality issues it's just hard to help over the phone .
They really would appreciate a hand getting there tank up and running .
So if you have some spare time and can lend a hand please let me know .

I can pass along your phone number to them i'm sure the problems can be easily fixed with a hand from some old salts on here

Sounds like the best solution is a better skimmer. Find them a decent used one for cheap and send it up there.
