Default pests

aptasia anemone - kill it with injecting it with lemonjuice and smothering it with kalkwasser mix.the other looks like red hair algae.check your nitrates and remove by hand

If you have nothing attached to the rock I'd take it out and cook it for a few days then dry it out

Do yourself a favour and NUKE IT! If you get infested with these, they are very hard to rid rid of.

Looks like maybe red macro? Red titan maybe (looks like mine but I could never get a good id) if its macro just juice the aptasia and let it grow. If its turf algae or something just nuke the whole rock.

My money is on macro. Is it spreading? Its hard to find good macro out here so I would grow it if its not spreading. Can you get a better pic?
