hard to tell...can you talk about how it moves etc?

the tentacles remind me of an anem...but I'd think that is damn too small for an anem!

I know it kinda looks like an anemone , and it wasn't moving when I found it so I'm not really sure. I just spotted it on the glass and sucked it up with a turkey baster ,and put it in a small container.
