| How long till Krylon safe? Can people who've spray painted plumbing bits that are now submerged tell me how long they waited before putting the pieces in water? - dries to touch in 15 min - handle after 1 hr - apply additional coats before 24 hrs or after 7 days - fully chip resistant after 7 days This leads me to think there is still curing going on until the 7 day mark. I'd really like to get things fired up before then though! |

| I've used in water within 24 hours as well. However I have found that if you do leave it for the full 7 days before doing anything with it, it does appear to be a lot harder (mind you this was on a background, so it wasn't going under water).

| awesome thanks guys. i'll probably install it (return manifold) tomorrow morning after 24hrs. I should be ok to fire things up that evening then right? I think I've gotten glued pipe wet after only 12 hrs or so... |
