![]() So I finally finished my DIY led light fixture for my 20g, so im wondering how I should acclimate my corals (mostly lps, some easy sps and some softies) so I dont bleach anything.
Im using a coralife 2x 24w t5 right now, moving to a 36w dimmable w/ crees. Im thinking of either shortening the photoperiod or dimming, and increasing slightly per week. Just want some opinions before I go ahead and I can also post pics. |

![]() Decreasing the intensity will give you better results than decreasing the photo period.
Increase the intensity slowly. Resist the urge to go too quickly. - Brad |
