Anyone Dosing With Vinager

So does anyone dose vinegar and have good results? Looking for ways to get more color out of my SPS. I don't test nitrates and not about to waste money on a test kit. I only test the main 3. I was followin a thread on another site but would like to hear from those who I have an interest in their tanks.
