there just a BiUbe with a heater

I know this doesn't help much, but I have the original document that discusses the design and build of these style tanks (planktonkreisel tank), if you feel so motivated. They're actually fairly easy to build, which would be much cheaoer than buying them. Most planktonkreisels are damn expensive. One day when I get time I'm gonna build one.
