75 gal system shutdown

Hello due to some big changes in my life i wont be finishing my salt water tank and want to sell all my salt water equipment. So this is what i have i dont want to part out pms only pls
75 gal tank with herbie style its super quiet when you figure it out
50 pounds of eco rock it has been cycling in my tank for over a month
40 gal sump
all pluming
mag 18 it sounds like there is sand in it so i dont know if its on the verge of crapping out or something
2 big heaters
phosban reactor with carbon
3/4 bucket of DD h20 salt
hydor 4 powerhead
I have an ro unit with built in tds meter
there are more things kicking about the house that im sure im going too throw in
