orange shoulder sick..help

My Orange shoulder i purchased this weekend has just developed pop eye on oneof his eyes.. i have quarenteed him but what else can i do...please any advice is apreciated.... my clowns that i just got also seem to be swimming funny..the one is mainly only using one of his fins...any help on either is apreciated...thanks
