40 Breeder (36x18x16high) vs 65 Gal (36x18x24H)

Hello All, what would you recomment for my first venture into saltwater? I want to be able to keep all types of corals, as well, I guess i should note that i will have a 15Gal sump, and planning on a DIY LED project for this. What do you guys think?
