Clams & Light Requirements

Can a clam be successfully be kept under PC lighting if up high enough in the tank? How about T5s?

You might have luck with a squamosa. Enough T5 and you might get away with maximas or croceas.

I keep a small crocea 24" down from 4 24W T5HO I use 2x12K, 1x Actinic, 1x Blue+ and he does good. I havent noticed alot of growth and it has been about 3 months.

I also dose Coral Snow and have started dosing Spongepower.

Pretty much the same here. Ive since moved him to my 150g, but he was fine under the T5's

Kept my squamosa under pc for over 2yrs grew and is still doing good.
