PC 96w Actinics 03 x 2 36 inches

hey guys and gals,
my ballasts went on my light fixture from china, two weeks after i bought brand new light bulbs for it. i decided to go with t5 ballasts and lights after that. $20 takes these bulbs which retail for about $80 (Hamilton Tech Straight Pin) Local only please
