Anyone Culturing Live Food?

We're expecting the arrival of a pair of H. whitei seahorses next week or the week after. Someone suggested feeding them live food such as mosquito larvae, freshwater gammarus and freshwater daphnia.

I know it's a long shot, but is anyone here culturing any of the critters, or know of anyone who is?
