I would go with phoenix 14k bulbs . Wendell at Ocean aquatics sells them for around 89 bucks I think. I have had hamilton 14k, geisnmann 13.5k xm 10k and then these. by far the best bulb ever owned. A niice blue hue to the tank. good price too. Try em, trust me.
