Default For Calgary pick up: 50g tank and stand, $50

50g tank, 48x12x20, I think it's 3/8" glass, no center brace; and accompanying iron stand.

Tank does have some scratches, but is not bad. In better shape than my 75g reef actually. Would make an awesome refugium or grow out tank, or fish tank. Or a softies reef, or something like that. Or whatever! It's a good tank, I just can't keep 5 of them.

Stand has rust, but is functional.

$50 for both takes them away.

No center brace? Did you remove it, or is that a function of the 3/8" glass that it's not necessary?

It never had one. I always thought that was just because 50g's weren't big enough to need them, but I thought I'd mention that tidbit in case that it isn't the case and it's because of the 3/8" glass instead.

It seems most tanks over two feet using thinner glass have center braces. I think the exception is Hagen tanks because they use thicker glass. Now I am not 100% certain of this, but that is what I found on tanks I have owned.
