![]() So the impeller shaft on my reactor pump broke. Its a MJ1000 (weird). For now I have replaced it with the shaft from a MJ600 but the original one was ceramic and the replacement is stainless steel (weird again).
Any ideas on where to get a new ceramic one or is the stainless one okay?

![]() I have been successful in the past getting replacements for my MJs from J&L, and barring them having them Ocean Aquatics did a great job on ording one in for me.

![]() Wow, MJ1000, they stopped making those years ago, that's got some good mileage on it
![]() I forget which one exactly, but one of either the 900 or 1200 will fit in there. You may want to consider a whole new powerhead as another option ($25ish versus $15ish I think)?
