I have a 90 gallon with to 150 watt HQI's how high should they be off the tank
Any help is great thanks

I would say as close as you can get them without getting them wet...

I contacted Hamilton re: Reefstar they said 8" above water. PFO said 5" for their minipendants. Both were 250W DE.

thanks for the help, i have another question can a tank support a fixture. Just because it feels reaily heavy.
