Flat worms

Has anyone battled a flatworm infestation before? Is there a treatment that I can buy at a local fish store?

I have had these critters for a while now. As soon as the tank lights come on they release themselves from the glass and float around the tank. I have noticed that they are multiplying so quick that they have overtaken my 30 gallon cube. I would like to treat this rock before I move it to my new 110 gallon setup. Anyone know of a treatment?
