![]() I have a pair of GS Maroons....I need to move them from their current 50g (sold it) and house them temporarily (up to several months) in a 10g with live rock and sand. We most likely will use the Remora Pro on the tank to continue skimming, weekly water changes. They would be the only fish. Male is 1-1.5" and female is 2.5-3" max. Completely inappropriate? Or OK for the interm?

![]() I would say it would be all right for a few months. Puting your hands in the tank could be hazardous though

![]() Are these the ones I reserved for you from Colin's place? If so, it's good to hear that they're doing well.
10g should be ok as a temporary home. Think of it as a long term quarantine. A 20g would be better though. Anthony |

![]() Hey Anthony-yup this is the pair! I have sold the 50g that they are in (was a FOWLR) as it is too small. I set up a 120g but have a trio of Saddlebacks in there and can't add the Maroons. I will be putting them into a 90-120g in the next couple of months but have to find the right deal. I did buy a 90g with stand and cap but I have NO DIY skills and it is in need of TLC involving DIY to improve the cap and stand...plus once I saw it, it doesn't fit into our decor in our kitchen where our 120g is, but at that point I had already said I would take it...... I don't believe in backing out.
