Default Err... wasn't so lucky this time. *Pairing Question For You All*

Well if it's not the female clown jumping out, it's the male. I came home to find him on the floor all dried up. Poor bugger, I need a cover for my tank badly.

Anywhoo, I don't want the female alone , so would I be okay just picking up another juvi ocellaris/percula ??

Have you thought about covering the tank with egg crate?

Yeah, I have.. but it is kind of ugly...

I suppose it's better than losing my fish.. This is the most I've ever seen of my fish jumping. Both clowns to boot..

The female jumped before while I was working in the tank. Not sure what caused the male to jump.... could have been the two clowns chasing eachother around and they got too close to the water surface.

So a quick pairing question as I am going out to get a lid for the tank today, and want to pick up a CB Ocellaris clown from Gold's.

Will I be okay simply adding in one juvi CB Ocellaris clown to the tank? Or does it have to be a true perc ??

Thanks for any help.,

If your putting a glass top on there, you better pick up a chiller or not use the 250 Mh light on your 20 gallon.

Edit:

Just read your other thread.
