Default FS: ASM G1 skimmer w/ upgraded pump (Calgary)

ASM G1 skimmer and Sedra 3500 pump. I ran this skimmer on a 90g.

Stock - i.e., no recirculation mod but if you wanted to make that mod, I do have an extra uniseal you could have and that's about all it would take (well, that plus the "drill an extra hole" part. I have another ASM skimmer that I made the mod on, and it's pretty easy so no worries about difficulty, if I can do it ... anyone can!)

Footprint required = 8.5" x 11" (I ran this in a 12" wide sump no problem). Height is about 21" so should fit in most stands. It was a perfect fit for the sump of my 90g which sat under the main tank.

I think the G1X skimmer retails at $470 in Canada. I'm asking $250 OBO.

These are great skimmers, same design principles as Euro-reefs.

The Sedra needlewheel pumps are awesome, if you have been waiting to upgrade your skimmer, this is an excellent choice.

And a great price as well! I just ordered the ASM-G1X from Ocean Aquatics in Vancouver and it cost me around $360.00 delivered so $200.00 is an excellent deal.
