Default Copperband food

Whatcha feeding yours? Mine has always been fed lots. Frozen mysis, plancton, bloodworms, etc. Yet, after almost 2yrs, he decides to sample one of my crocea clams.

So he has been living in the 55g sump for now. I read where aquarists fed there,s live clams from the grocery store. Mine was more than happy to check them out. Eats one per day.

I have no idea how they feed clams to their fish in a tank with clams. I find it hard to believe the fish can tell the difference in feeders or crocea,s. I would love to put mine back now and hope it only ate the feeder clams but dismantling the tank to get him out is real fun.
