I think the one we were talking about in particular was Reef Central

Other ones to check out are Aquariumpros.ca as they are Canadian (Ontario based) and The Reef Tank as it's mostly Pacific Northwest reef keepers (Oregon and Washington)

Like Victor said, there are many more out there. saltaquarium.about.com is an excellent resource site, but the message board is not very good IMHO.

The best site in my opinion is fishnet. It does not have the traffic of some of the others, ie. reeffcentral, reefs.org, aqualink etc. However, if you ask intelligent questions, about which you've done hour homework, you will get some great insight from some very experienced people.


Andrew, have you been to aquariumpros sight much? Might have a good store on the way but not much of a BB.

Yeah Troy, the BB is a bit lacking, but that comes from the lack of member base currently.

But have you seen the online store? It's fantastic. Will be curious to see how they do.

Andrew, so far everything I click on says "coming soon".

I can't wait to see if they are going to supply detrivore kits, that was my one and only suggestion. My fingers are crossed.
