Default Bad emerald crab

I was just watching my tank and witnessed my emerald crab grab my pulsing xenia and rip a head off if it and eat it I thought they were reef safe

As long as it keeps the other corals alone, I'd let it be. Perhaps you've stumbled across an effective way of keeping xenia from taking over the world!

Seriously though, I'd probably watch to see if that thing picks on any other coral. The worst mine has done is crawl all over my green digitata.

That crab is money!!
Im sure a lot of people would pay to purge their tank of xenia.

Then again I kind of like having some xenia, just not taking over my tank...
