I love it! The catch will be if it has 27 inches of clearance inside the stand for my skimmer.

If your skimmer is not taller than 27" and you get my sump, your skimmer would fit. Inside height of the tank is 28.25" BUT, I think the bigger catch is that you are in Calgary and I am in Vancouver

i think you ment the tank is 48" not 44"? if it were only 44" the tank would be 82 gallons.

No no, you were correct Robert. The skimmer is actually 25 inches high, I accounted for the sump already. When are you looking to get rid of the system?

Danny, system is already empty and ready to go to the new home.

Willow, yes my mistake, tank is 48" long.
