AHHHH HELP VERY SICK ANGELFISH!!!

HELP HELP HELP!

I've had a freshwater marble angelfish for quite a few years now and I am very attached to her. Last night I noticed two white spots on her – one on each temple. This morning, there are now four spots. It looks like some sort of parasitic infection, but I am not sure. It doesn’t look like the ich, but it is possible it is. The spots are larger than the spots I have seen when fish got the ich, as well, these look almost pussy. She’s not eating. Please help.
